It would be fantastic if Gramp heard from Bob or any of the other lads in 384 Co. He passed away a couple of years ago and I am trying to find out anything I can about him.

He was called up for duty on the 25th April 1941 and he was demobbed on the 19th June 1946.

Please email me if you have any further information. I discovered some pictures and info in my Gran's bits and peices about two of her brothers who were killed in WW2.

I will send scans of the photos I have later when I have mastered the technology!

My grandmother was romantically involved with Ralph Shotter, who was in the Royal Army Services Corps and has heard that he was on board the Lancastria when it sunk. Apparently he has no known grave, but his name appears on a war memorial in Dunkirk, France, which I would love to take her to see.

Wanted: Digital copies of Group photographs, Scrapbooks, Autograph books, photo albums, newspaper clippings, letters, postcards and ephemera relating to WW2.

We would like to obtain digital copies of any documents or photographs relating to WW2 you may have at home.
